Using android whatsapp, with WhatsApp fixer from bb world.only problem I am facing is,i can't synchronise the contacts,so about 50 % of contacts are missing in whatsapp.any solution?

WhatsApp for Android has *never* been supported on BlackBerry 10. However, it does work. (Aside from a few compatibility issues that are detailed elsewhere in the forums.)

As such, that official statement is only referring to the actual BlackBerry 10 client.

The official statement doesn't mention either the BlackBerry or the Android version of their app, only BlackBerry 10.

If WhatsApp has decided not to allow BlackBerry 10 devices to connect to it's servers as of 2018, then that will be the end of any version of WhatsApp on BB10.

Again, please stop spreading this misinformation.
We've decided to expire the specific apps mentioned in that FAQ article, and then block them from connecting to our servers.

To people who don't mince words and try to pick apart technicalities, "WhatsApp for BlackBerry 10" and "WhatsApp on BlackBerry 10" are the same thing. To add enough verbiage to avoid the kind of confusion that invariably happens in these threads, would make the article way too confusing for anyone else to comprehend.

Thanks for the clarification. I was not attemping to spread misinformation. It was not obvious to me that WhatsApp would support an Android app on BB10 that was not fully functional and could cause support issues beyond BB10 users.
