How about the native Docs to go?
You can probably download any office app on 10.3, right? Docs to Go works on my Z30 with 10.3.1

Native docs to go is good, but if you need additional functionality (like inserting and deleting rows and columns) you should also download the android version of docs to go from the amazon app store.
