    A while ago I tried to upgrade my Z10 from 10.2.1 to 10.3 via the OTA update. After installing, the initial bootup got stuck at 99% (I tried it multiple times, but got no success). I even tried to reload the OS with the BlackBerry Link, but got the same result. I finally had to send the phone for replacement.
    Now currently I'm using version 10.2.1.
    So how can I upgrade my phone to 10.3 without any problems?

    By the way. Is the link to the autoloader for the beta version of 10.3.3 or the stable build of 10.3?
