    my phone since it went off yesterday its not fully loading, when it reaches 100 percent it jams and sometimes starts all over.... please help even if it just mean retrieving my stuff from it

    what about removing the battery? and then putting the battery in and booting again?

    As "jaydee" said... doing a battery pull is the only thing you can try at this point.

    If it still doesn't load, your looking at having to reload the OS (Autoloader).... but that will wipe your data. Hope you have been keeping up your backups.
