My Skype app got a little wanky, so I deleted it thinking I would add back a fresh copy. Did this in the past and got a clean version. This time, I went to reload the app, and it was gone. There is no more Skype app on the app store. Anyone know what happened to it. I chatted with Skype. They say it is out there, but if it is, it's not coming up in the search.

They removed it because now the one from amazon appstore is better and updated. Just download the one from amazon appstore, it works okay. I use it everyday

Does Skype till work on BB10? Tried it recently and it crashed every time. Tried to uninstall it - the icon is gone but apparently the app is still there as the only option in the Amazon app store is to "Open"

It works really slowly and unpredictably for me.

Probably because BB have stopped developing the ART.
