    Hi . We just uploaded software on black berry z30 yesterday. It was upgraded first and shown new features but in the morning every thing gone and screen get black out.
    What to do i am based in Lahore Pakistan?

    There is a few options, reload software, plug into wall for an hour or so maybe the battery is dead.

    It is unrelated to your geographical location, unless the load-shedding busted it while it was on charge :P

    Neehoo, plug it in the charger as WITHDRAWL suggested and if that doesn't work, try reloading the OS through Link or an autoloader.
