    Is this a new phone with a new SIM that was just sent by your provider. MM6 usually refers to a SIM that is blocked either temporarily in the case of being sent out as a new service or a replacement SIM, or your service is suspended for other reasons. At least on Rogers it was that way. I think I also seen that in the ATT systems during our tech days.
