Wondering what the official OS releases are and what the most stable autoloaders are for the Z30?

We aren't supposed to be using autoloaders, but we continue to have issues with the settings menu "blanking" which is apparently a "known issue."

Any insight is appreciated. We currently have two devices down that I'm trying to get back up and running.

The latest, 10.3.3.3216, works great AND is the only one with the Krack patch.

It was available through some carriers, and was pushed to various unlocked devices.

There haven't been any true leaks for years. Any OS that goes live on the BlackBerry servers is going out to someone somewhere.

What determines who receives those updates? All of our devices are factory unlocked. Is there a way to get them direct from blackberry? Long story, and you might recall, theres certain people in our group who don't like the idea of autoloaders.

The last widespread update to factory-unlocked devices was 10.3.3.2163.

Newer ones were primarily carrier releases, and a select few models getting it direct.

It's either available to your device OTA, or it isn't.

You don't happen to know if a Canadian SIM (Telus, Rogers, Bell, etc) would bring the update? The company wants to get the update direct somehow. Trying to figure out how to make that work.

Please I need help. I installed this on the 5th of July and on the 2nd of August my Settings has gone blank again. Is there any thing I might have missed?
