The "H" key on my classic fell off. It took me two weeks to obtain an Incident Number and than an additional week to receive the replacement. As it turns out, the replacement cannot connect with Blackberry ID. So I received a new incident number and have to useless blackberries. The Help Desk keeps asking for my phone number which I have sent repeatedly in e-mails -- to which they have responded asking for my phone number!

What do you mean it can't connect to your BBID? Does it boot to the home screen of the setup?

If it goes to the homescreen, do either a security wipe or use an autoloader to have it clean and ready for setup.
