    It's just the BlackBerry logo.
    There are many theories as to the "meaning" of the logo.
    Most common is:

    Others are that on early BlackBerry QWERTY devices, the shape of the keys and layout of the keyboard matches the logo for the WEASDXC keys.

    Another is the fruit, blackberry, kinda looks like the logo.
