I bought Z30 from someone. When I turned it on I saw a window to write down ID and password. So I asked this person about it and he gave me.
He forgott delete his ID. I wrote down his ID and password and I could use this phone.
Later I login on web page and delete phone from BB Protect and delete his ID.
Then I created my ID and confirmed link on email.
Then I wanted werify ID in phone, but it couldn't went good.
When I write down my new ID and password, phone think for few seconds and nothing, there is still window with ID and password.
In phone is still old ID and password.
Also on page BB Protect I can't add this phone.
I can use phone, but I would like to use my ID.
What should I do?

Nothing you can do. The BBID the device needs no longer exists.

Thanks for help. But I don't understand, what does paperweight mean? BBID exists in phone but not op page. Why I can not add my new ID to my phone?
