Look on ebay or whatever local buy/sell website is used in India.

Personally, I recommend that you don't waste your time with a Passport.
If you want an up to date supported device with a keyboard, go for a KEYone, KEY2 or KEY2 LE

Yes, what the_boon said. Remember that the Passport hasn't been manufactured since about 2014 - your chances of getting a new one are about zero.

Especially the SE. Black version can be found on eBay, new, for not too much money. They’ll never be cheap.
