I deleted the app Wechat but the wechat is still on my hub. How do I get rid of it? I have a z10.

The first ting to try is a simple reset. Press and hold the power buttom until the device shuts down, restarts, and you see "BlackBerry" appear. Give the Hub a few minutes to load fully, then check.

Try account cleaner. It worked for Candid.

I deleted the apps months ago. I have turned off my phone, took out the battery and still is there.

    Download Ghost Commander.

It's what I used to get rid of stubborn files and folders that would not delete.

FYI. Wechat was found to have some serious security issues and was Trojan laden. Same as with all Chinese developed apps. Full of spyware and espionage.

System Settings ---> Accounts ---> Long hold on Wechat ---> Delete

Hope this helps?? That's what I would do. OR if it was seriously bugging me, I would just factory reset lol

I deleted the app and even redownloaded the app to see if I can do it that way. It isn't under accounts.

You are definitely looking in the wrong place.

It's not going to be under "accounts"

Look through the android folders and files in local storage.
