    I installed and re-installed my print-to-go on my Windows 8 and keep getting the message, website unavailable any time press print. It worked good on my previous computer but this is frustrating. Any ideas?

    it is a known issue, I know this thread is about the playbook, but applies to windows 8 in general Windows 8 - Print to go - Complete failure - BlackBerry Support Community Forums

    Got the same problem today. I've had no problem running Print To Go on my older laptop and PC, both running XP. I just bought an HP with Windows 8.1 and get this error.

    It is frustrating, I keep finding more and more things that don't work with Windows 8.1 and BlackBerry software (Link and Print To Go), stuff which use to work fine with XP devices...

    Feeling frustrated and a bit regretful about getting this new laptop... If only this device would run XP, why did they even stop support?. There are too may things I dislike with 8.1, beggining with the stupid mosaic like UI, having to use my hotmail id, and an app for everything style... :S

    8.1 sucks!!!

    Loved the Q10 but now it's Z30 power time!!!

    I am having the same issue running window 8.1. any fix for this known?? I really need this feature!

    Doesn't seem to be one at the moment, but wait for an update from BlackBerry. Print To Go is not fully compatible with 8.1:
