Weather displayed on Home screen?

I read that the weather was going to be displayed on the home screen with latest 10.3.1.... update. Was it done? Am I missing the setting? Can anyone please explain to me how to set it to display on the home screen or was it never done?

Pretty sure this isn't a built-in feature. You can use HomeScreen plus in blackberry world to do that though.

Or you could just leave the native weather app open as an active frame...
