    I'm assuming you mean on BB10?

    And no, you can't. BlackBerry hasn't opened up the API's to do this.

    There is an app called Wallpaper Changer HD by Shao that will put a mini weather on there.

    Ya I'm on bb10 I use Q5, it's a native app downloaded from the BlackBerry world
