    i have a bb P9982 but last weak i am forget my password and device is wipe start and show the error 1st time www.bberror.com/bb 10-0015
    i am download the new software 10.3.3 auto loader and install but display show a water mark than i download other software 10.3.2 auto loader and install but show a error www.bberror.com/bb 10-0004
    can you help or send me software compatible with my device .

    Download the right autoloader from here - https://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-l...rchive-943672/ and use that. You seemingly download a dev build.
