I have purchased Z10 recently through online. They mentioned that 2 years warranty will be provided by local manufacturer. But I didn't find any warranty card inside the parcel box. Is Warranty card necessary? How can I check my warranty period?

    Thanks,

If you bought it NEW in the box, then you should be able to go directly to BB/Rim. If you bought it "used", then you may be out of luck, but depending on your country's laws and regs for warranties, you might have more "horse power" than some other countries.
Contact BB thru Cust. service and they may be able to verify/certify your unit.
