On their website looks like it's $129 for this. Is it different? For use in Southern Belgium, nearest is in Luxembourg which is only half hour to 45 min drive... so do I choose the server?? Is this what I need to play my xfinity content without getting blocked ( I am a fully paid subscriber to xfinity so it's all honest ).

It's not different as far as I can tell. I bought the deal last time it was offered and have been using it ever since. You can pick servers all over the world and yes, you should be able to use xfinity by choosing an US, server.

Will it work with the Priv so I can cast the content to my WiFi enabled TV via EZCast for instance ?

Best I can in that regard is that it works on the Priv, I dunno about casting to EZCast as that's not something I've tried.

So as far as you know it's not a stripped down or crippled subscription? Can one switch Servers at will? I could then watch my TV from Europe in the USA same way... Service is on always both places for security devices ...

    Oh yeah, works on Passport?

I was wondering about whether it was a good viable option. I read some reviews about it and they didn't really help give me a good feeling, some stated that it wasn't as secure as advertised and other stated that it was a secure option. What is your opinion Bla1ze?

When I asked about use on the Priv they said NOT compatible... but Bla1ze says it works... I wonder if VPNUnlimited c/s knows much... I think $29bis not a big risk & if it works might be a winner... dunno ...for me speed might not be an issue since my overseas location is DSL ...hen is the $29 offer going away?

I can't comment on how secure they are. I didn't purchase it with security uses in mind. I purchased it with gaining access to region blocked things in mind lol. I've had it for months and no one has stolen my identity or hacked any of my accounts, so that's nice haha!

It's an Android app, it works. CS likely heard BlackBerry and dismissed whatever you said after. As for when it goes away, I dunno but what I do know is the deal rotates around, so if you don't find it here, chances are you can find it somewhere else later on down the road. I mean worst case, try the $19/3-year deal. Less amount of money if you don't like it/don't want to use it.

I'd love to help you correct that but it's outside of my control. You mentioned speaking to customer service already, you would have to contact them again to get it addressed. I have zero access that stuff as it is all maintained by Stack Commerce.
