    When I first got my BB Classic, the number to retrieve my voicemail was in a box at the top of the screen. I added a couple of my own numbers and now it is missing. How do I get it back??

    Are you going talking about the Favorites boxes on top of the dial screen?
    If so, you can long press one of them, choose remove and then go back and re-add your VM contact. You may need to create a contact with the VM number.
