    Hello

    It happens always when I'm listening to musics in BlackBerry Q10.
    When I connect the headphones, which come with my q10
    Voice Control is worked by itself & my music is changed

    it's probably because the headphone jack isn't properly fit with the earphone... and the phone detects as if the button on the earphones is being pressed...
    next time put the earphones slowly and steadily, and don't jam them...

    or maybe you're accidently pressing the small button which is there on the head phones..
    long pressing that activates voice control...

    But, the headphone is the sam one, which comes with the q10, and this problem is just happened yesterday
