    For some reason VM is now not coming on until the 6th ring. Please let me know how to reset it to 3 rings.

    The time before a call hits voicemail is a carrier controlled feature; number of rings is your ringtone. Do you have the same ringtone that rings six times now but it used to ring just three times before?
