I'm not referring to whatever issue it may be w/ the carrier but has any1 had an instance where the "visual voicemail" setting selection disappeared & voicemail notifications no longer displayed in the lock screen or hub

Only get popups telling me I have new visual voicemails

I'm wondering because before I factory reset my device/wipe 10.3 off my Q10 I would like to know if that's all there might be to it

I called my service provider they hauled me when I asked the man to simply troubleshoot my visual voicemail as if I wasn't the phone owner & refused to help me

I will take my phone in against my fears of them trying to convert me to an iPhone, Windows, or Droid if the problem persists

No solution to VVM on 10.3 yet....FYI I've asked and searched and nothing yet.I'm back on .3253 and waiting...
