Can I use my bbz10 to view large Sd cards, like in a trail cam, , is there a cord that will attach from micro usb on a camera to micro usb on my phone? Would it work?? Or do I have to buy a viewer?

The Z10 doesn't have the ability to host a USB device, as in USB OTG, it lacks the hardware to do so.
So, you can't "view" a card reader, flash drive, or cabled camera directly on a Z10.
Other BB10 devices do have the needed hardware.

Well that's a hard question to answer for sure.

If it's sharing it's cameras micro USB as a mass storage drive - then yes you can use any BlackBerry that supports USB-to-go or slimport. That should just detect it as mass storage, in which case, you can use file manager (built in).

    What you need
    - Cam that shares it's memory as a storage device over USB
    - the USB mini cable for the Cam
    - a usb-to-go adapter (noname samsung off ebay is fine, 5 or 10bux)
    - a slimport or usb-to-go Compat BlackBerry device
