    Only official releases without the watermark have all licenses for the codecs.... what file are you trying to play?

    I purchased the video files from BlackBerry world..media stored on media card. New phone. Now won't play says I need a license. Can't find out where to go and get the license now that 7 Digital is gone

    Can't you go to app world then my world and click videos and then click the movies you own and re-download them!?
