Why videos doesn't play through video section, sound plays but screen remains black while playing. I'm having Z10 running Official 10.3.1.2576 and videos are in 3gp/mp4 format with various sizes and when I open its properties it doesn't open even but videos runs if I choose them to play through different path (File Manager)

Please use the search option, this has been asked many times.

You're on an old OS, upgrade to 10.3.2, I've not seen any reports of it for 10.3.2.

I'm using Z10STL100-2/10.3.2.2639 I'm all having the same problem. I tried to do a security wipe too & no joy.

Autoloaded a new OS?

I'm sorry actually i'm using 10.3.2.2474. It's a official version and I've done security wipe too.
