    Please help to start a video chat with BlackBerry Priv. While on BBM for A contact it only displays voice chat and private chat the video chat icon does not appear kindly assist.

    You cant video chat between Android and BB10 BBM unless you have BBM Enterprise. Otherwise use Skype or Zoom.
