    Hello, my vibration is on and it's a normal profile mode yet the phone is not vibrating. Tried a BlackBerry Test and it failed. What might be the issue. It automatically restarts for sometime in between and then again no vibration for long time

    Which is? This is a known issue with 10.3.1.1779. You might need to upgrade.
