    I am encountering something weird on my blackberry KeyOne.
    Sometimes and while in normal mode for sound notifications, device will automatically switch to vibrate mode. That is mean ring volume will automatically decrease to vibration.
    I don't know why. please advice.

    My Droid did that.... was a result of the volume key being pressed while in my pocket. Hit down volume all the way down it went to vibrate mode.

    Might be something to watch-out for...
