[CrackBerry Question]

I have followed instructions to set up e mail but continually retries draining the battery.
The phone is old but worked perfectly well until my last payment.
The phone is a blackberry curve. I contacted orange and they said it was not their fault and to contact you.

I fully intend in the next few months to buy a better phone but need this one working.

Orange would never tell you to contact CrackBerry. Unless your misunderstood. CrackBerry is not BlackBerry.

If your using a straight forward email account. Just make sure you have BIS active and a data plan on the phone.
