Very slow BBM + Phone number format changed

Hi,

I'm using BBZ10-2 for Europe. On my software (10.2.2.1531) the phone overally works fine but I've encountered 2 problems:
1st. My BBM is extremely slow after typing above 160 signs - that shouldn'be present in Such a phone as Z10 is... text shows up with a delay and after typing 2 sentences I can See the phone typing-up the rest as I would have watched a tutorial video.
Wipe doesn't help...

2nd. My Phone numbers in contacts and phone-app have changed from +XX XXX XXX XXX into +XX XX XXX XX XX.
How to get back to previous format? I've already tried regional settings and changing country number length in Phone options - nothing helped.

If anyone could suggest me sth - I'll appreciate :)

Unfortunately it sounds like you need to reload that software.
