Verizon Sim card full
I don't have any contacts on the Sim card, they all get saved to outlook. I've never put anything on the Sim card, to my knowledge. It's a new Sim card that came with the Classic. I've never even used the Sim card for any reason other than when I first put it in the phone. However, it's full for some reason. I tried to add my contacts to it and it won't let me since it is full, or at least it thinks it's full. Tried a search and all I found was BBOS issues with texts being saved to the Sim card, I see no options for that in bb10 however.
How do I empty it?

contacts app slide from the top click settings and you have sim card setings

There's nothing on the Sim card to delete. It remains full, full of something that I can't see? At least not in the contacts app.

That will be done tomorrow assuming Verizon plays nice with me. In the meantime I am looking for a reason, or a way to view what's on it and delete it if there is anyway in doing so. I haven't found anything that doesn't involve external hardware.

worst case scenario reload the os

Did you fix this? I'm having the same issue. SIM card is totally empty but my new q10 thinks it's full.

Yeah I went to Verizon and they told me their Sim cards don't hold contacts. Not believing them I looked it up and found this https://forums.crackberry.com/e?link...token=LubuByW4
So I guess they were telling me the truth as far as I know.

I have no idea why CB is adding all that extra crap in my link. It won't let me post the link.
