I called Verizon because my wifi calling will not activate. They told me that the wifi calling cannot be activated on this phone. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks!

The KEY2 isn't even officially supported by Verizon. Only the KEY2 LE is.

Your fortunate that you got a KEY2 activated at all.... https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...-room-1146969/

WiFi Calling is a know issue on non carrier provided hardware... not just with Verizon.

My provider Bell Canada also having problems activating mine, saying they are working with BB for a solution before the end of July. KEY2 was listed as compatible on the Bell Web Site, references have since been removed following my activation problems and waiting for a solution...

Get an app called QuickShortCutMaker. After install choose Phone Services. Choose Wifi-Calling,

Note that colleagues using Rogers have no problem and would not be surprised same with TELUS. Some providers making a different between phones bought from them versus bought from others...

I think it's more like welcome to BlackBerry....

As I don't think any US Carrier's are supporting WiFi calling on the KEY2. Seen some complex work arounds for T-Mobile, but I'm not sure that qualifies as being supported.
