I bought blackberry Verizon q10 and install rge series reliance cdma sim phone is working but data is not working plz help. Os version of phone is 10.2.1.3253

Are those two networks even compatible? Reliance only uses 800mhz CDMA. Pretty sure your only hope of ever getting that to work would be to edit the escreen settings for Reliance's network and even then – still a crap shoot.

Data is working for me. You are correct in assuming that you need an RGE series RUIM from Reliance.

You need to visit the escreen and change some settings.

once you are in the Escreen windows.
 
Go To General Radio

Enabled Rat : CDMA!X+EVDO.
Hybrid Preference : ON
Hybrid Preference Status  : CDMA+HDR.
APN: vzwinternet
 
Set Auto data : ON.

The benefit of the RGE RUIM is that you can safely let your phone assume it is on Verizon's network and everything pretty much works perfectly.
