    I have downloaded the 'Heos by Denon" app off of amazon apps and google play multiple times, and have received:
    - timeout message
    - error 6 and 9
    - cannot find Heos
    - Heos is not responding

    I get long spooling sessions. I checked my internet connection with my passport - it is slower than from my computer. I have deleted multiple apps and data storage off of my passport - I have 1.53 GB RAM free and 22.12 GB on my device free. I did a soft reset - considering hard reset but would like to make sure there is not a simpler solution. Any suggestions?

    A lot of Android apps won't interact over Bluetooth properly on BlackBerry 10. Not really sure there's much you can do.
