    I'm using black classic STV 100-1 and I'm planning to purchase 128gb sd card...will there be any performance issues like the phone being too slow or unable to read sd card etc..

    Shouldn't be, I have one in my Z30. Workie fine.
    Just make sure you format it in the device before you start loading it.

    If I remember correctly the 808 only supports class 8 speeds, so you are correct.
    But a little overhead never hurts, and sometimes helps, since price difference these days is so small, I'd recommend a Class 10 or UHS-1.
    And never know when it might be plugged into a computer that can use the extra speed.
    There's a good chance this card will be plugged into our next phone, which prob will support 10 / UHS-1

    Make sure you don't get an off brand / cheapie. I'd go SanDisc or Samsung
    I'm running a SanDisc 128 rated Class 10 / UHS-1 in my STV100-1, works great. (200gb's were horrendously expensive last year)
    Plenty of reports from others running the 200's successfully.
