    how do I set my Z30 to automatically use wifi automatically without having to turn off mobile network?

    It should do that automatically when a properly configured WiFi network is available. Is it not doing that right now?

    Yep. If Mobile Network is on but you're connected to wifi, it'll load data from the wifi connection and not mobile data.
