    Hello everyone,

I'm using OS 10.3.1.2744 and I want to up it to 10.3.2.2339 since it's now official, so I need to backup my data and I'm told that I can use Blackberry Protect to do that. However, when I use the Blackberry Protect app (already in my Q10) there's only Restore button but no Backup button or any option like that. I also visit protect.blackberry.com but I cannot find anything related to that function. I did try other things like Play Sound or Display a Message and it worked well but what I really need is to backup my data.

So please tell me that whether I can use Blackberry Protect to backup data or not. And if it can, what exactly do I need to do?

    Thank you guys so much!

Read your original thread, I said you can't use protect to back up your device, you have to use BlackBerry Link the desktop version
