[CrackBerry Question]

So I have enjoyed my Priv greatly for multiple years, but I fear I am coming to the end of its useful life. The bottom of the screen where the "buttons" are located is starting to flicker a bit.

So my question is, how does the transfer of data and information work? I have spent more time than I can to admit making this phone behave exactly like I want it to (icon locations, LED light rules, security protocols, etc.). Am I going to lose all of this effort and have to start over when I transfer to a KeyTwo? Will I also lose all of my text message threads with their tons of photos and video clips of my family?

Any and all guidance would be immensely appreciated.
