I am trying to update my Blackberry Q5 to the latest software. The only way I can do this is to use Sachesi, and update from there. However, when I check forth software on the UK Vodafone network, it states the upgrade for the Q5 SQR 100-2, my model is Q5 SQR 100-3! Are these models compatible, and can I upgrade my software from the SQR 100-2, or will this crash my mobile?

Correct. With the Q5, it does not matter which sub-model you have. The only time it matters is with Z10s, where there are separate updates for the Z10 STL100-1 and the STL100-2/3/4.
Even though Sachesi allows for non-destructive updating, I would recommend you still back up your phone.
The SQR100-3 does not have LTE, whereas the SQR100-2 does, so local availability varies. But this does not matter in the case of updates.

It's almost 2018. Don't waste your time with BlackBerry Link. It's too far out of date.
