[CrackBerry Question]

Hi

I was been able to install apps (viber, youtube) into my bb passport silver edition by following Cobalt's posts on CrackBerry (http://forums.crackberry.com/android-apps-amazon-store-apk-files-f413/google-play-store-blackberry-10-read-first-post-instructions-985344/). Its all working now when i visit the play store its displaying updates available, I wanted to update but sure if it will work or not. If i have to patch the updates as well how do i do that?

If you update the apps more than likely you can try to patch the files. However as the apps get updated, the android runtime you have is woefully behind and more than likely they will not run.

I was kind of wondering that same thing....as updates come through we should just ignore them considering you're probably right, the apps may not work as the runtime gets more and more outdated. Much like BBOS devices the apps that work now should continue to work as long as I just stick with the current APKs that I'm running now correct?

You have to patch any and all updates.
