Updating my Z10 to 10.3 have destroyed my phone, how can I fix this again?

So yesterday I updated to 10.3.1.xxx. Update went fine and everything. My phone was heating, so I removed the battery and then put it back again (I shut down the phone before I removed the battery) and put it back after 5 min. And now It's stuck on start screen. It goes from 0-100% with 2 messages (Starting Blackberry 10 OS, Installing Updates). This cycle is going on forever because as soon as it reached 100% (it take it about 2-3 hours to reach there), it restart and process start again!!!

Wow u should call blackberry

You might want to try to nuke the phone then install fresh OS via Link or autoloader
