I am using BlackBerry z10 stl100-3. When I am trying to update 10.2.1.3 to 10.3 it shows that u have the latest software why I can't update it?

I don't think the STL100-3 gets carrier support outside of North America, though. You'd have to use Sachesi/an autoloader to update.

Have you ever received an OTA update notice before?

in karnataka, update is there....voda carrier using stl-100-3 had the update..try to restart the mobile after removing the sim for 5 min.

Isn't wifi update from the BlackBerry servers?

I have Z10STL100-3, can't see the update even after a week from it's start to roll out. However, I get an update b4, but not the latest that all ppl have! I still on 10.2.1.2977


It's sucks and I don't want to use sachesi or loaders or whatever! I must get it through OTA

Was it factory unlocked? If so, it gets updates pushed out by BlackBerry. And that's delayed.

I have the notification & when I try to update it gives me an error on my BlackBerry Link asking me to try again later or check my Internet connection.

My Internet connection is fine as I was on facebook while downloading the update. Wondering if the servers are too busy.

I'm in Malaysia using a Z10 STL-100-2
Does anyone have any idea?

Try removing sim connect to wi fi then update. Then replace sim when update finished!

Hi we just got the update here in Hong Kong yesterday. I'm with SmarTone Vodaphone I have a Z10 STL100-2. We received OS release 10.3.1.1565 Rocking 24-7 with my updated Z10 & 16GB PlayBook.
