    Do you see an update as available on your phone, but it just won't download? Have you rebooted.

    Might be best if you try to use a computer with LINK (if that will work), or download and autoloader for your device.

    Install the BlackBerry desktop software onto your desktop.
    Connect phone to desktop with USB.
    Open Link and search for software updates. Link will complete process.

    You'll be really really sorry if you try the 10.3.3. It's a developer version only and will brick your phone if you don't know what you're doing.

    You haven't clarified how exactly you were updating nor have you identified the specific OS version, but as suggested stick with the official OS versions and avoid 10.3.3 until it's officially released by BlackBerry....and with that noted it's probably wise to stay away from ANY of the Dev beta versions. There is typically some loss of functionality when doing so.
