    I am on the Sasktel system. I have a Passport and a Z10. I have received and downloaded the 10.3.1 update for the Z10 but still have no notification on update availability for the Passport. Is this normal or is Sasktel screwed up?

    And, it seems a number of carriers are holding back the Passport update, possibly due to the "flickering" issue.
