Been out for months now.... Just no way to know if your carrier will ever approve it. Give them a call and ask.

Mostly likly you end up having to do it yourself... if you think you need it.

It came out weeks ago. You may install it using an autoloader or wait indefinitely for the carrier to release it (if they choose to do so in the future.

There are a lot of carriers who actually haven't released it yet, especially in Europe. Chances are the roll-out will be complete after Nougat's global release.
