    but I still have a skype. Skype can call by wifi. Thanks anyway to skype

    Have you restarted your phone? Have you gone into bbm settings and checked the box to allow calls over mobile?

    Have you done any basic troubleshooting steps at all?

    I have restarted. I check every setting. It's same too. Can call by wifi only
