Run the uninstaller that comes with the installer, that should clear it out allowing you to install it once again.
Reboot might help Windows "finish" the uninstall...
If the uninstaller doesn't work.... worst case, make sure to delete any BlackBerry folders (do a file search) and then run a registry cleaner. Or manually delete any BlackBerry registry entries. (regedit in run)
Where do I find this Uninstaller? All I get is the option to Accept or Decline the EULA, then the Installation Options everything is grayed out with Blend, Link, and Drivers all saying You have the latest software.
I have tried going through the registry and deleting all BlackBerry entries with Find, but still no luck!

Did you restart the computer? You always have to restart a computer when installing, uninstalling network apps.
Otherwise look in the add/remove portion of the control monitor and see if you can uninstall it from there.

Yes, I've restarted several times. Where is this control monitor?

Control panel (my bad). Depending on the win version, it's either in the start menu (win7 and earlier) or right click on the desktop and select personalize on the bottom of the menu to get quick access to the control panel on Win8

There are no BlackBerry or RIM applications listed. in programs of control panel. I honestly don't know what else to do except wait for a new version.

For future reference never delete a folder from the programs. Always use add/remove from the control panel or the uninstall exe from the program folder.
You have erased the uninstall exe. You are now stuck with a ghost program.
If you haven't emptied your recycle bin all those folders should be in there with an option for you to restore.
If you emptied it you're kinda sol. And would have to search windows forums for a solution.
