[CrackBerry Question]

My phone continues to restart without actually ever fully booting into the operating system. It happened when i first took the phone out of my pocket and had the message "unfortunately, system ui has stopped"... So i decided to restart the phone and it never came back.... Kept restarting over and over.

I've used the phone for two days. Anybody have any suggestions?

How could I wait for a bug fix the phone doesn't even turn on and is in a booting loop.

Had it for less than 48 hrs... Will they replace it or send it out for repairs? Bought it a bell in Montreal

It's software related. They ll try to flash again. Ask for replacement.

So little update. They did try to do a system reset on the phone but they couldn't get to the reboot settings so they just replaced the phone. Let's hope this doesn't happen again!
