    just recently upgraded my bb z10 stl100-1 os to 10.3.1.1565 and now when i launch any app i get the annoying black pop up "unfortunately the process .android.process.acore has stopped". wen i check for updates it says i have the latest software.. also my whatsapp is not showing any of my contacts . i have uninstalled and re -installed several versions with no luck.... please help.. i love my fone and i don wanna get rid of it , but seriously annoyed...

    Sounds like the Android runtime is corrupted. Reload the OS
